This low-odor and extremely wear-resistant oil is suitable for floors, stairs, and furniture, among other things, and is made from the very best raw materials. The oil is easy to apply.
and residual waste is kept to a minimum. The wood acquires a comfortable, anti-slip surface that is extremely water-resistant and easy to maintain. The oil has a dry matter content of over 90% and is suitable for machine application when oiling all untreated, new, or freshly sanded types of wood.

Woca Diamond Oil Active is a natural, super-strong, fast-drying oil to which no chemical component needs to be added for rapid curing or extra protection. Oil residues do not harden on their own and can therefore be reused.

The new technology we have used is called 'Hyper Cross Linking'. With this process, the oil molecules create billions of extra connections with each other, resulting in more intensive, stronger protection. The effect is reminiscent of a web inside the wood, leaving the floor better protected against moisture, dirt, and wear. The only thing the oil needs to be activated is a combination of friction and oxygen.

Woca Diamond Oil Active is available in various colors and is applied quickly and easily, allowing you to oil many square meters in a short time. The treated surface dries quickly and is walkable after 12 hours. After 3-5 days, the wooden surface is completely water-repellent.

Woca Diamond Oil Active Instructions for Use,

1. Wipe the floor with WOCA Intensive Cleaner and let it dry.
2. Open the can and stir well.
3. Apply the oil with the special paint roller and/or brushes below and let it soak in for 10 minutes.
4. Rub in the oil with a red or beige buffing pad; this can be done with a machine or by hand, see also below.
5. Remove excess oil with the cotton cloths; see also below.
6. Briefly buff with a white pad for an even, matte silk sheen.

Detailed explanation of Woca Diamond Oil Active,

It is important that the product, the room, and the surface to be treated have a temperature between 15°C and 30°C and that the humidity is approximately 50%. The moisture content of the wood must not exceed 12%. Ensure that the room is well ventilated for optimal evaporation and drying time. The wood must be dust-free, degreased, and free of wax or sanding residue. Previously treated surfaces must first be sanded bare to final grit 100-120. Vacuum thoroughly. Wipe the wood with a slightly damp cloth using WOCA Intensive Cleaner (mixed with water 1:40) and allow the surface to dry completely before applying the oil. Do not forget to test the product for suitability by first treating a small area with it. Fine sand with a maximum grit of 100-120.

Open the can, remove any flakes or skins, and stir well both before and during use. To prevent color differences, cans with different batch numbers should be mixed. Apply the oil in an even layer, for example with a short-haired paint roller (3-4 mm). Allow the oil to soak in for 10-15 minutes. Apply extra oil if it absorbs quickly into the wood. Rub the oil into the wood until the surface appears saturated. For floors, use a single-disc polishing machine with a beige pad. Use dry, lint-free cotton cloths to remove excess oil until the surface no longer appears wet. Finish buffing with a white pad for an even shine. If desired, the wood can be buffed once more after at least 6 hours with a very small amount of Diamond Oil Active. Apply oil drop by drop, buff in with a beige pad, and wipe dry thoroughly with cotton cloths. Finish buffing with a white pad for an even shine. The surface is suitable for light use after 24 hours.
Avoid contact with water and only clean after the oil has had 3-5 days to cure. After 3 days, the floor may be cleaned with WOCA Natural Soap, which will provide extra protection to the surface.
