Calcium sulfate-based leveling compound for leveling irregularities in layer thicknesses of 1 to 20 mm, mixed with quartz sand from 10 to 30 mm under textile and elastic floor coverings indoors. Suitable under parquet from a layer thickness of 2 mm. Particularly suitable for calcium sulfate-bonded screeds (anhydrite floors), dry construction elements, chipboard, and cast asphalt subfloors. Can be applied with a squeegee.
Instructions for use Wakol A830 Calcium Sulfate Leveling Compound,
Dilute WAKOL 830 Levelling Compound in a clean mixing bucket with approx. 6.0 l of clear, cold tap water until lump-free. Mixing device speed max. 600 rpm. After approx. 1 min. maturation time, stir briefly again. Apply the prepared mixture evenly to the desired thickness on the substrate using a trowel, levelling trowel, or squeegee. Before starting the levelling work, check that a sufficiently large edge strip is present.
If a second leveling coat is required, the first dried coat must be pre-treated with WAKOL D 3040 concentrated primer, diluted 1:2 with water, or with WAKOL D 3035 dispersion primer.
