Self-flowing calcium sulphate based smoothing agent for leveling unevenness in layer thicknesses from 1 - 20 mm not diluted, from 10 - 30 mm diluted under,

Leveling compound based on calcium sulphate, for leveling unevenness in layer thicknesses from 1 to 20 mm, from 10 to 30 mm, mixed with quartz sand under textiles and resilient floor coverings. From 2 mm layer thickness, suitable under parquet. Particularly suitable for calcium sulphate bound screeds (anhydrite floors), dry finishing elements, chipboard and mastic asphalt subfloors. Processable with the squeegee.
Instructions
Dilute WAKOL 830 Leveling Compound in a clean mixing bucket with approx. 6.0 l of clear, cold tap water without clumping. Mixer speed max. 600 rpm. Stir briefly again after approx. 1 min. Apply the prepared mass evenly to the substrate in the desired thickness with a trowel, smoothing trowel or squeegee. Before starting the leveling work, check whether there is a sufficiently large edge strip.
If a second leveling coat is required, the first dried coat must be primed with WAKOL D 3040 concentrated primer diluted 1:2 with water or with WAKOL D 3035 dispersion primer.
