Wakol Z680 Project Leveling Compound is a low tension and cement based leveling compound:
- low-dust
- EC1 plus certification, very low emissions
- Low chromate according to REACH
Especially for smoothing out unevenness in layer thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm below:

Both the subfloors and the climatic conditions must comply with the standards according to DIN 18356 and DIN 18365. Subfloors must be permanently dry, dimensionally stable and free of cracks. In addition, the subfloors must be free of contaminants and substances that could impair adhesion. Separating layers must be removed by suitable mechanical measures.
Cement, anhydrite, concrete subfloors and other absorbent subfloors must be coated with WAKOL D 3040 Primer Concentrate, diluted 1:2 with water or with WAKOL D 3035
Dispersion primer should be primed. Observe the drying times of the primer.
New standard mastic asphalt subfloors, well sprinkled with quartz sand, do not need to be primed. Used and poorly sanded mastic asphalt subfloors that otherwise meet the standards with WAKOL D 3040 Primer Concentrate, diluted 1:1 with water, or with WAKOL D 3035 Dispersion Primer.

WAKOL Z 680 Project Stir smoothing agent in a clean mixing tub with approx. 6 l of clean cold tap water until lump-free. The speed of the mixing device may be max. 600 revolutions/min. Allow the mixed product to mature for approx. 3 minutes and then stir briefly again. Apply the mixed leveling compound evenly to the subfloor in the desired layer thickness with a trowel, trowel or trowel.
Before applying the product, check whether the edge strips have been applied. The drying leveling layer must be protected from direct sunlight and drafts.
