Osmo Decor Wax Transparent,

Professional wood finishing, the perfect all-rounder for all interior woodwork!
Transparent, silk gloss, for indoor use, recommended for furniture, children's toys, wooden profiles and floors. The surface becomes water and dirt repellent, wear-resistant and resistant to normal household chemicals. However, it is still recommended to finish with 2 coats of Osmo Hardwax Oil transparent 3032 or 3062.

Osmo Decor Wax is also suitable for protecting and enhancing the decorative finish of all interior woodwork, such as paneling, moldings, beams, and doors. It's also suitable for glued wood, chipboard, and MDF. It's ideal as a colored primer for wooden floors and for lightening dark wooden surfaces.

Drying time Osmo Decor Wax Transparent,

Approx. 24 hours (normal conditions, 23°C/50% relative humidity). Lower temperatures and/or
or high humidity can affect drying time.

Consumption Osmo Decor Wax Transparent,

One liter covers approximately 24 m² with one coat. Product consumption depends heavily on the nature of the existing wood. All information refers to smooth, planed, or sanded surfaces. Other surfaces may require different coverage.

Comments,
Oils enhance the natural color of the wood (wet look effect). Applying too wet and lacking ventilation will delay the drying time and create a characteristic oil odor. For dark and substance-rich hardwoods (such as wenge, mahogany, merbau, etc.), we recommend applying Osmo Clear Wax 1101 .
Please note: Apply a maximum of one thin coat of the cotton cloths below to the inside of cupboards and drawers (test the colour on an inconspicuous area first).

Instructions for use Osmo Decor Wax Transparent,

Stir the can well with a stirring rod,
Transparent coloured (1 layer): Apply very thinly in the direction of the wood grain to the clean and dry wood using the flat brush below or the special lacquer rollers and distribute evenly.
For subtle stain effects, apply thinly with cotton cloths and wipe clean and evenly within 20 minutes.
At this point, you can also rub in this colored oil with a scrubbing machine or by hand with a beige pad. This will give you a slightly lighter, more even effect.
Allow to dry with good ventilation.

Intensively coloured (2 layers): Apply very thinly in the direction of the wood grain to the clean and dry wood using the flat brush below or the special lacquer rollers and distribute evenly.
Allow to dry under good ventilation. Apply the second coat thinly in the same manner.
