This creates an excellent paint with an exceptionally high wear resistance. This particularly wear-resistant 2K lacquer is available in matt, semi-matt and extra matt versions. With the extra matt version, the wooden floor retains its natural appearance, as you know it with the oil finish. In contrast to the oil finish, the floor is sealed much better, creating perfect protection for the floor that is much more wear-resistant and much easier to maintain.

Shake component A, add hardener in a ratio of 10:1 and mix by shaking. If smaller quantities need to be mixed, use a mixing cup or weigh it. Can be used for 2 hours after mixing.
• The surface must be professionally sanded, wood moisture max. 12%.
• The floor must be dry and free of any old layers, oil, grease, silicone, sanding dust and other contaminants.
Room temperature +15°C to +25°C, relative humidity 40% to 75%, material temperature +18°C to +25°C. Sufficiently ventilate the work area.
• Do not pour material onto the floor, use the paint bucket below.
• Shake material well.

Drying time Lobadur WS 2k Duo,

• Recoatable after at least 4-6 hours.
• Can be walked on carefully after 4-6 hours.
• Intermediate sanding after at least 8-10 hours.
• Light load after 24 hours.
• Fully loadable and covered after 5 days.

Process Lobadur WS 2k Duo,

Use on parquet and wooden floors:
• Professionally prepare the surface and prime it.
• Observe the prescribed drying time of the primer.
• Paint rollers (using the special paint roller below).
• Drying.
• Intermediate sanding.
• Roll second coat of paint.

Use on cork:
Only paint after sufficient setting time of the adhesive.
Untreated natural cork:
• Roll three coats of paint.
• After the first layer, dry overnight (reduces the risk of swelling of the granulate).
• Intermediate sanding before the final coat of paint.

Machine prepainted cork,
Observe the cork supplier's instructions for use. When repainting after intermediate sanding, apply one to two coats of paint with the roller.

Renovation / Repainting old paint layers
Intensive cleaning. The use of a single disc machine with a green pad is necessary. Residues of care products must be completely removed, only minor residues will disrupt the adhesion of the paint. Residues of care products must be completely removed, only minor residues will disrupt the adhesion of the paint. Wipe with clear water (neutralize). drying. Roll one coat of paint. Machine pre-painted floor coverings must be matted with an abrasive fleece after intensive cleaning (1 abrasive fleece is sufficient for approx. 20m²).
