Zep Oleoflor 5 Ltr ACTION,
Oil, grease and dirt repellent water-based impregnating agent for porous surfaces. Oil repellent: against penetration of oils, greases and contaminants. Water repellent: against water infiltration, also prevents the harmful effects of frost and moisture. Non-stick: protects porous floors. Resistant to aggressive chemicals: resists acid rain and atmospheric pollution.
INSTRUCTIONS
In all cases, clean the underlay, rinse with water and let it dry. Use the product neat.
Apply with a brush or a sprayer at a distance of 30 cm. on the entire substrate until saturation is reached. Usually one coat is enough.
However, on highly porous substrates, a second coat is required as soon as the gloss of the first coat has disappeared.
Always work from top to bottom on vertical surfaces.
Let it dry for 24 hours.
Coverage: Depending on the porosity of the material: 2 to 10 m² per litre.
It is better to do a test on the surface to be treated first.
In the case of new masonry, a waiting period of 28 days is recommended before carrying out the treatment.
Cleaning the material: water.
Optimal efficiency: 7 days after application
