Natural woodsealer is therefore not a maintenance product, but much more of a finishing product for untreated wood! Naturally, once treated with this, it is necessary to reapply it several times a year.

Natural Woodsealer is a non-yellowing polyurethane oil suitable for the natural (and completely colorless) finishing/protection of all untreated wood types (including teak, oak, etc.). It can be used on furniture, parquet, and floorboards, among other things. Due to its high wear resistance and good water-repellent/impregnating properties, it is extremely suitable for (coffee) tables and parquet.

 

Consumption (guideline): ± 10 m² / per liter. Shelf life: 2 years, provided it is stored in a well-sealed container in a cool and dry place (frost-free).

Never apply Natural Woodsealer to wet surfaces!!
Before use, sand the wood well and ensure it is completely free of dust and grease, for example with our Eco Multi Cleaner.

Preferably apply the oil in rooms of approximately 15–20 degrees Celsius. Apply the oil layer undiluted using a brush or roller and remove any excess with a cloth. If, after drying (approx. 3 hours, but this depends partly on the ambient temperature, humidity, and the amount applied), the first layer appears to have slightly roughened the wood, lightly sand the first layer (after drying for approx. 3 hours) with fine sandpaper (P240 to P360, click here for our sandpaper range). Then apply the second layer using the previously mentioned method.

Tip!: Always apply at least 2 coats of oil to new wood. The more coats of Natural Woodsealer applied, the more intense the gloss of the surface becomes, but the better the level of protection!
