Lobadur WS EasyFill Pro,

Lobadur® EasyFillPro is a water-based joint sealant for creating wood sealants. This latest generation of water-based sealant solutions seals even large joints in a single application. One-time sealing, a fast drying time, and excellent sandability save significant time. It is suitable for sealing joints and minor damage to glued parquet and wooden floors. Old floors with wide and contaminated joints, such as those nailed or screwed to wooden subfloors, are generally not caulked; the dry wood sealant will certainly partially break out.

Instructions for use Lobadur WS Easyfill,

For sealing joints and minor damage to glued parquet and wooden floors. Old floors with wide and contaminated joints, such as those nailed or screwed to wooden subfloors, are generally not caulked; the dry wood sealant will certainly partially break out.

After an average sanding result (e.g. grit 60) and before fine sanding (e.g. grit 100).
• Mix the product with the finest possible sanding dust of the type of wood in question to form a paste-like, smooth mass.
• The finer the sanding dust used, the easier it is to work the compound with a spatula and the better the adhesion in the joint.
• Before fine sanding, seal the entire floor.
• For larger joints or damage, this procedure must be repeated after drying.
• Carefully remove any residue from the surface.
• After drying, completely sand off any sealant present on the surface (fine sand).

Tip: A perfect colour result is achieved with a mixing ratio by weight of 1:10 (sanding dust to sealant solution).

Drying time Lobadur WS EasyFill Pro,

For newly laid parquet, sand after 15-30 minutes. For renovations with extremely large joints, let it dry overnight. Can be further processed with Lobadur or Lobasol products after at least 60 minutes.
