WOCA Pre-colour can be applied to all new or re-sanded soft and hard wood surfaces such as floors, stairs, furniture and panels.
WOCA Pre-Colour colors the wood and strengthens the wood grain.

Woca Pre Color is a water-based stain for pre-colouring untreated wood. This stain is available in white, gray and black and is suitable for floors, stairs, furniture, panels, etc…

Thanks to the extra pigments, the color of the final finish can be emphasized. For example, Woca Pre-Colour white is best finished with an extra white oil for the lightest possible result, gray Pre-Colour with a gray or extra gray oil and black Pre-Colour with black color oil.

Pre-Colour gives wood a full color in white, grey, brown or black.

Instructions for use Woca Pre Color,

Clean the wood beforehand with a solution of intensive cleaner and water (1:40). Then let it dry completely. Apply Pre-Colour evenly with the special paint roller below and work in the direction of the wood and let it dry overnight. The next day, lightly polish with an abrasive pad (maroon pad below) and then finish with Master Colouroil or Diamond Oil Active.

Make sure that the wood is sanded evenly (end grain mesh disc 100 or hand sandpaper 120) and remove all dust.
If necessary, clean with a damp cloth with intensive cleaner and water (ratio 1:40). The surface must be completely clean and dry before applying the pre-colour.
• Shake the vial thoroughly. Pour the pre-colour into a plastic bucket so that no sediment remains at the bottom of the vial. Stir the pre-colour regularly during use.
• Apply the undiluted pre-colour with a brush or roller, in even layers in the direction of the grain of the wood. On vertical surfaces, work from top to bottom.
• Use at least 1 liter of pre-colour for 10 m2.
• Clean tools with water.
• Let the surface dry for at least 8 hours at 20°C (the wood must be completely dry).
• Polish the treated surface with a brown or green pad to loosen raised fibers and excess pigment.
• Remove excess residue with a vacuum cleaner.

TIP from the pro,

For the best and most even result, Pre-Colour can also be rubbed wet-on-wet into the wood immediately after application with a beige polishing pad. Don't forget the edges and corners! The next day the wood can be finished with oil. Download the detailed instruction for additional information.

Post-treatment Woca Pre Color,

The lye treatment does not protect the wood and must therefore always be followed by a treatment with Master Color oil or Diamond Oil Active.
