ROYL Floor Soap 9131 White

ROYL Floor Soap 9131 White is a concentrated, mildly scented floor soap based on high-quality plant-based ingredients. This biodegradable soap has been developed for the damp maintenance of white or light-finished parquet floors, plank floors, and other surfaces treated with oil or hardwax oil.

The floor soap contains white pigment that enhances the light appearance of white oiled and whitewash-treated surfaces. After every treatment, a thin, nourishing layer of soap remains. ROYL Floor Soap is water-based, solvent-free, and easy to add to the mop water.

ROYL Floor Soap or Eco Multi Cleaner?

Use the Eco Multi Cleaner for normal weekly cleaning and the removal of dirt and signs of wear.

Use ROYL Floor Soap 9131 White as an additional layer when you want to apply a thin, nourishing soap layer and support the light appearance of your white-finished floor. The products can also be used alternately. This allows you to benefit from the caring effect of the floor soap while preventing the soap layers from building up too strongly.

Because ROYL oil penetrates deep into the wood, an additional nourishing soap coating is not always necessary. Its use is therefore a conscious choice for additional care and support of the white finished appearance.

Mixing ratio and use

Shake the bottle regularly before and during use so that the white pigment remains well distributed throughout the floor soap. Add approximately 50 ml of ROYL Floor Soap to 5 liters of lukewarm water . Preferably use two buckets: one with the soap solution and one with clean water to rinse the mop.

Remove dust and loose dirt beforehand with a vacuum cleaner, soft broom, or dust cloth. Then mop the floor evenly and damp. Prevent puddles from remaining on the wood.

Let the soap solution sit for about one minute and pick up the loosened dirt. Rinse the mop regularly in the bucket of clean water. Then, using a well-wrung mop, apply a very thin and even layer of the soap solution.

Allow the floor to dry completely before walking on it again. Under normal circumstances, the drying time is approximately 45 minutes.

Prevent color differences and a soap film that is too thick

If in doubt, test ROYL Floor Soap 9131 White on an inconspicuous area first. Use this white variant exclusively on white or light-finished surfaces.

Frequent or uneven use can cause the soap film to become too thick. This can cause color differences, variations in gloss, and visible scuff marks. Therefore, alternate ROYL Floor Soap with Eco Multi Cleaner or a suitable residue-free floor cleaner.

Has the soap residue become too thick? Then clean the floor thoroughly before performing a new maintenance treatment.

Maintenance with ROYL Maintenance Oil

For periodic restoration of the oil protection, use ROYL Maintenance Oil 9090 .

Important: the existing soap film must be completely removed before applying Maintenance Oil. Use a suitable intensive cleaner for this and follow the ROYL maintenance plan.
