Auro 326 Wipe-Resistant Whitewash – mineral interior wall paint
Auro 326 Wipe-Resistant White Lime is a traditional, matte interior lime paint based on slaked lime. This purely mineral wall paint is highly breathable, mold-resistant, and free of titanium dioxide and synthetic dispersion.
The lime paint is particularly suitable for rooms with greater fluctuations in humidity and temperature. During application, the paint may appear somewhat translucent. After drying, a white, characteristic matte lime finish is created.

Auro Wipe-Resistant Whitewash combines the natural properties of lime with a highly breathable finish. According to AURO, the paint has an sd-value of less than 0.05 meters .

What is Auro Wipe-Resistant Whitewash suitable for?
According to AURO, this mineral wall paint can be applied to various suitable substrates, including:
- plasterwork;
- concrete;
- lime sand brick;
- mineral paint layers;
- loam;
- Raufaser;
- plasterboard.
In addition, Auro 326 is highly suitable for damp rooms and rooms with large temperature fluctuations .
Apply wipe-resistant whitewash
The paint is applied thickly and evenly with a suitable lime paint brush or roller . Auro 326 is supplied ready to use and can be diluted with up to 20% water if necessary.
At approximately 20°C and 50% relative humidity, the paint is recoatable after about 24 hours . Temperature and air and substrate humidity can affect the drying time. According to AURO, the final strength is reached after a few weeks.
Consumption and efficiency
The technical data sheet states a consumption of approximately 0.10 liters per m² per coat on a flat, slightly absorbent surface.
The actual consumption depends on, among other things, the structure and absorbency of the substrate and the application method. AURO therefore recommends determining the exact consumption using a test area.
The packaging contains 10 liters . AURO Nederland states an indicative yield of 83 m² for this.
Mixing lime paint to match the color
Auro 326 dries white, but for interior applications it can also be tinted with Auro No. 350 Lime Paint Mixing Colors .
This allows the white lime paint to be tinted in various shades, while the mineral character of the paint system is preserved.
Composition and technical information
According to the official technical data sheet, Auro 326 consists of water, calcium hydroxide, mineral fillers, and cellulose . The paint contains no titanium dioxide and has a strongly alkaline pH value of more than 12.
